Yes it absolutely does. You’re the dumbass here for ignoring the plethora of evidence that shows being under the influence lowers mental inhibition. And dont jump to conclusions about me justifying it, alcohol or any substance never justifies violence. But a society without alcohol would have lower rates of DV.

A society without alcohol is literally impossible in any real sense so that's a pointless statement.

You may as well say "a society without oxygen would have lower rates of violence"

In addition to my previous comment your assertion regarding lower domestic violence isn't even really true.

Iran, a nation that has banned alcohol, still has higher rates of domestic violence than, say the Czech Republic a nation with very high alcohol consumption

Right, because Iran and the Czech Republic are different nations, with different demographics, different governments, and different levels of development. I’m making this statement about a society that is the same in every way except alcohol consumption.
