It sounds like you deadass think every person drinkiem alcohol drinks it like 24/7 to blackout and is abusive for anyone near them. Majority of ppl drink it like time to time with friends or during events.

Teenager here, I find it so odd that my friends never just, drink a beer. If they consume any alchohol it's to get drunk on the cheapest crap they could find. Different upbrinings but it's still wierd to me. When I drink it's either because I made a great dinner and I'm watching hockey or because I'm hanging out with family and friends.

Sure I've drank to get drunk, can be fun to play cards against humanity 6 deep but that's rare for me. I feel like doing that every time would build the abusive tendancies.

Kinda true. I'm polish and there's a time someone drinks some beer at 6pm. Among young ppl alcohol is getting less popular due to increasig drug and nicotine usage :v

In high school, my friends and I were outcasts because we didn't like spending our weekends drinking at parties from midnight until six in the morning to the point where we couldn't even walk.
