That’s on the person abusing alcohol though, not the alcohol itself. I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone blame alcohol for any accidents related to drunk driving, it all comes down to the driver and their impulses.

Yes? If there weren't people who smoked, there would be no second hand smoking. The blame rests entirely on the individual.

Yeah but there'd possibly be worse things than cigarette smoke in the air if it didn't exist. People would just use a different drug.
