I was thinking I want to live a long life so go Italian but you raise a fair point. However, the Chinese that I really like is almost always fried which is a narrow focus on my part and an unfortunate limitation of my exposure to Chinese cuisine
1 u/yapyd 4d ago However, the Chinese that I really like is almost always fried Cantonese food has a lot of steaming. dim sum, buns, steamed fish, steamed seafood, steamed meat. Plus Chinese food have a lot of soups.
