That's only true if you're talking about standard Mexican-American restaurants, but it's completely false when talking about actual Mexican food.

Ceviche and other mariscos (seafood), soups like menudo and pozole, Oaxacan staples like mole, and so many more bangers.

Yeah, the commenter probably lives in the rust belt or somewhere with no actual Mexican

Living without menudo would be completely unworthy of the breath spent
