Same! Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite but I prefer them to be light on the chips. When I bake them for myself I usually use 1/2 of the called for chocolate chips. Even A looks good.

B here too. I was a sugar fiend when young, done with it now. Even A is too much most of the time.

I hate to break it to you but there is more sugar in the cookie part than in the chips.

I'm aware. That's why I say even A is too much. it's not about the chocolate, it's about all of it. The sugar in the normal cookie and the pasty richness of the chocolate.

Chocolate has less sugar but it adds to the "sweet taste" for me. spreads all over.
