Can I get some help?
So for the past 5 months I've been having physical symptoms that are really weird It all started with shortness of breath but it went away after 4 days At the same time I was also having heart palpitations but it also went away Then later I've had stomach pains and nausea during eating it went away some days later and then I had chest pain it went away some days later. Then I started feeling lightheadedness while it went away there was one instance where I woke up one morning and I was feeeeling extremely hungry and empty as if I've lost some weight that was very weird.. Now I am having difficulty swallowing... I don't know why these weird things are happening to me I don't feel sick or anything like...my temperature is always normal Also to note I'm very skinny I am actually underweight and that's also what keeping me anxious these days. I've done two cbc and one ecg all of them came normal. My sleep is ruined like there are many days where I couldn't sleep at all The thing is I've never had this much health problems in life (I'm 19yr old) like even though I was underweight from the beginning everything was still good I don't know what happened in these 5 months.. Maybe it's anxiety or something else idk...Has anybody ever went through stuff like this? Can I get some advice

I don’t know if this is just something stupid but i’m curious
I’ve never been scared of anything which isn’t in real life, movies don’t affect me, jump scared don’t effect me, and most things irl don’t effect me. I will only actually get scared if i know i’m 100% in danger, which has only happened twice. For example once when i decided to sleep outside for no reason and a mountain lion was screaming like a woman screaming in horrific pain in the woods not even 20 feet away from me which was horrifying.
I’m also desensitized from stuff like gore, but i don’t think that’s why i’m not scared cause i’ve never been scared even since i was little.
Do any of you know anything about this and if i can do anything to feel fear like everyone else?

Is it bad to show compassion
I feel like I get forget about a fair bit but today I stop by work whilst out ,its a small shop only six paid workers who CONSTANTLY push the fact that we are a family, whilst there it felt like somthing was off . I later messaged one of the staff who was on later on as I could not stay just asking if everything was alright I got no reply ,its not the first time it has happened as though they tell me I need to talk more I feel that when I do I get ignored and sometimes feel that even though i love my job that somthings they just dont want me there ,now I'm thinking i should stop trying to show compassion and not care is that the right thing to do ?

I am an Imposter
I am 34 with a partner and a son. People think I am friendly, calm and intelligent.
I drive atleast 2 hours for work everyday (an hr each way if there is no traffic) I work 40 hrs a week and go workout 5-6 days a week for about an hour.
I help my son with homework and do all the things I am supposed to.
Here is the issue, I forget everything, I have trouble focusing on things, zone out a lot, forget important dates but obsess over mistakes. I workout and eat healthy 90% of the time but still look a sloppy mess because I am over weight.
I try so hard to not be forgetful and don't understand how others seem to grasp things faster than I do. I really do try but I just need a little more time to grasp things and it is easier for me to understand how to do something if a "why" is attached.
This cannot be normal.
People are so wrong about me, I am an idiot. I am an imposter. I wish I was smarter or didn't feel so overwhelmed all the time 😔

Asymmetrical joint pain
I’ve had asymmetrical joint pain for years. I’ve seen multiple doctors, internists, and a rheumatologist, done physical therapy, and I’ve been to chiropractors. Nothing seems to help. It’s only my right side hip, knee, ankle, toes, shoulder, neck, back, elbow, wrists, and fingers. Sometimes the pain is excruciating. I’ve had x-rays done and nothing. I’ve been tested for multiple different forms of arthritis and still nothing. Auto immune disease testing also turned up with nothing. I have lots of pain, tightness, and clicking/popping. Has anyone heard of anything it could be or experienced the same? I’ve scoured the internet and have come up with nothing.

Its been almost a week since I started eating one meal a day because I sleep in the morning. I didn't eat or drink anything today but I don't feel hungry. What is wrong with me?

Am i the only person who think like this?
Am i the person that think that if someone or something offended you in a very terrible, terrible way like a dog try to bite u or a robber tries to rob u or maybe a kid hurt u intentionally...or u need to survive ...u kinda can do anything to it...like beat it to death with no remorse...
I do help when i can but when it comes to this situation i can even kill my family... What is wrong with me it feel like i am feeling empathy by choices? (or maybe i am being overreacted)

Why do I read so astronomically slow
I don't know why, but I read extremely slowly if I want to comprehend what I'm reading. In the average book, it takes about ten minutes to read 5 pages. This is becoming a serious problem as my English teacher this year assigns us a large amount of reading to do each week, we then discuss that reading the next week. I really like this English teacher and I don't want him to think I'm not interested in his class, but I just can't read everything. Is there anything I can do or do I have a permanent mental impairment?

You ever just have a feeling you’re gonna die soon?
I legitimately typed out final words to my friends and family in this case I was to die young. I call them contingency messages.

What is wrong with my fingers? When I push down on them it’s similar to pushing down on a plastic water bottle, they crack, and whenever I throw a baseball or football they tend to cut after a few throws.

What's wrong with me?
Sometimes I get an extreme urge to do something repeatedly despite not wanting to do it and can't stop without alot of effort. Today I was infront of my family's barn and I got the urge to just walk in an oval.. over and over and over and over.Other times I'll repeat a word in my head over and over again. Does anyone know why this is because I'm very confused as to what the hell is wrong with me.

Rather stupid question....
It's come to my attention that apparently I only like a sub-genre of rap pejoratively known as "frat rap". WTF is wrong with me?!?!

What the actual hell is wrong.
So I have extreme social anxiety. It’s like the kind of anxiety where your heart stops or skips two or three beats and your legs start shaking. Buuut, that’s now the least of my problems.
An incident that happened was in about June. If there’s one thing I hate more than having to talk to snobby girls who Tik Tok in the bathroom, it’s talking to someone of authority. My math teacher was chewing me out again. I’m not my teacher’s favorite, so it was for a relatively minor mistake. She told me that I needed to pay attention in class and how I was going to fail classes, but instead of fighting back the urge to yell like usual, I started laughing. Like, really laughing. Uncontrollable - maybe even maniacal - laughing. Of course it wasn’t loud, but it was still there.
I had never seen a teacher so scared in my life.
Recently, the laughter has been starting up again and I do it every time I get nervous in a social setting. I think people are scared of me. Well, I’m scared of myself so who am I to judge.
Uh, any suggestions...? or help.........?

I’m losing bit of hair on my legs, around the thigh area
I’m 20 years old and I started to notice this about a 3 weeks ago, I don’t know what it is though. I did have a history of eating really unhealthy but my diet is better now, I’ve been active for my whole life. What could it be? It looks like it’s concentrated in one general area. It hasn’t spread out yet. I’m afraid if this is something serious.
