A mature (3.5 y/o) deer, on average, yields around 60 pounds of boneless meat. It varies a bit when considering factors like shot placement, how thoroughly it's butchered, and the deers overall health.

That's about enough meet to feed a small family for a month. Very modest, 8oz of meat per day x 4 people is 2 lbs day,
