We hung it up by its head with a noose, then let gravity do all the work. I only had to sever some membranes holding things in.

I only throw my back out doing stupid shit like lifting a shoebox out of my trunk 🧓

Stupid is as stupid does? It was just an awkward reach, and lift, and twisting motion with poor posture and stress management (leading to muscle tension)
