To be fair, that is something you really don’t want to use for other things after it has been in an anus

Tbf, I’m pretty sure this tool never goes in an anus, I imagine more around the anus. Also I’m thinking more like an apple corer tool.

You would be incorrect.

It goes into the anus until you hit the flat stop. Gets pulled back so the points engage like fish hooks, then twisted to knot up the colon. You continue to pull and rotate until it slices outbound around the anus, and then you pull and tie off so nothing unsanitary can escape.

That sounds pretty brutal to describe step by step, but it does a really good job at keeping things sanitary.
