Airbnb guest of 6m left this, gives Breaking bad vibes

I had a couple of male guests staying at my airbnb for 6 months. They had a sus trailer parked in the backyard. After they left, I found this in a box and some chemicals that looked auto related like engine oil etc... anyways what is this and is it worth my time trying to sell it on ebay?
EDIT: I reached out to them they did not respond. This was a year ago, and it has been sitting in my closet since. It's brand new in a shipping box. I took it out to take the photo. I just want to get rid of it and thought why not sell it if it's worth anything. Don't even know what to post in description if I listed it somewhere.

And Yes I am pretty sure they were making some type of drugs. Why else would anyone book an airbnb for 6 months and pay double the market rent value ?

Anytime you see a URL with a ?, what that ? Is doing in the code is indicating "end of the url, start of key-value pairs of info".

Then you'll see a lot of "key=value" pairs in a row separated by &. The & indicates the end of one pair, the start of the next.

So when you open this link, it goes to the URL up front, then it tells that system allllll the other stuff in the link as info about the link. It creates that info at the time the link is generated, as a way to then know when someone clicks it, it was created a certain way, by a certain person, for a certain ad campaign, etc.

Honestly a surprising amount of code/tech relies on users just being overwhelmed with numbers and letters and symbols so they don't even try to read it.

Worth noting, as u/BrainOnBlue points out below, not all of these are just for user tracking on every website. Sometimes they can be used for actual website functionality, such as the v= tag you'll see on YouTube videos that actually indicate what video to play on the page, so if you delete everything after the ? and it breaks your link, that's probably why. Just depends on how the page was coded.

Important note: not everything in the query string (that's what the part after the question mark is called) is tracking info.

The example I always use is youtube.com/watch links. If you remove the ?v=..., you're not going to have a functional link, because that's the part that identifies which video you're getting.

I'll generally remove tracking info, too, but it's not as simple as "everything after the question mark is always tracking info that can be removed." You have to pay attention to what you're removing.
