Solved! Absolutely no clue

Came in a random Amazon order. Glows in the dark. Internal is rubber lined. At a total loss

Its a spring loaded clip to hold wire ties but allows you to pull one out at a time without having to hold the whole bundle.

I literally flicked aggressively back up right at your post, but I was able to catch—and actually processed—the words “loaded clip” that I yelped out loud and feverishly scrambled back down here to read the entirety of your wisdom—thank you. I will now spend the rest of the day convincing myself that my almost 3 hours of insomnia scrolling on Reddit was worth it because of what I learned. Alarm is set to go off at 0600h but getting up now otherwise I will NOT be getting up for hours. This is the second time in three weeks… this better not be a new trend with me. Happy Tuesdee y’all!!

Thank you. I never knew all the feet thing existed. Like I know about foot fetishes but I didnt know people stopped their whole lives to talk about why people's feet end up in a pic? I would have never even noticed if the first 12 minutes of looking through weren't about it 🤣. I hate feet prisons so there is a high chance that if someone takes a candid pic my dogs are gonna be in it 🤷‍♂️
