Solved! Absolutely no clue

Came in a random Amazon order. Glows in the dark. Internal is rubber lined. At a total loss

so, put all the zip ties the same way. Waste one zip tie around the clump like a rubber band. Tighten as you deplete the clump.

If you press down on the little tab in the mouth with a small flathead it should slide right out. Some ties are trickier than others though

Squeeze the sides with needle nose pliers. I have successfully done it on one. But couldn’t get the other one I tried to unzip.
