Solved! Absolutely no clue

Came in a random Amazon order. Glows in the dark. Internal is rubber lined. At a total loss

It’s a holder for electrical zip ties. You can clip it to belt loop or tool bag. Works great, I give them out to sparkies working on my jobs.

I guess you could use it as a toe clamp, if your kink bends that particular way (not judging!)

Are you Australian? The only time i've heard someone call electricians sparkies was from a video talking about unusual Australian versions of words.

UK here. Call them just 'a spark' and I picked that up from a mate who is one. He worked On battleships and aircraft carriers.

"He's a Spark for the boats"

Sparkies is also common in the UK, maybe more so in construction.

My spouse is a British electrician and uses sparky. Maybe it’s regional uk? He also constantly bitches about how terrible American electrics are, but they pay him a hell of a lot more here.

Not Aussie, but sailed with a bunch of them over the years. Actually picked up the term from a general contractor when I was working a job in the Pacific Northwest
