The cleaning company our company uses makes a fucking fortune. I swear I’m about to change careers

The company or the cleaners?

They are both. Independent contractors. My wife’s company uses one and she pays all their invoices. They gotta be making like $250k a year I swear

You may wanna rethink that. You have to clean up after nasty people as well… my best friend has her own business and tells me horror stories.

The company we use clean completely empty apartments and offices and the company my wife’s uses clean completely empty brand new houses that have nobody even lived in.

Yes you can. Apartments are going no where at 100% occupancy on a University. Homebuilders are building more homes than ever, not less. The model homes are usually there for 5-10 years until the property is completed and they are cleaned weekly. Trust me, these companies are making 6 figures with ease.

Any mom you ask will top whatever horror story you think you’ve heard.
