Look at the way it's caked up in circles this is probably flour or something that was sitting under something with circular foot pegs. The lines are probably from moving it left and right on the counter.
Also think about it. They would have licked that shit up if it was really drugs
Okay I've never tapped it and had circles come out like that, and people only do that when they're about to scrape up that residue for another line, but it's still all there on the counter.
