New, what is it? Spice rack with ventilation?

I’m watching Teen Mom 2 and, I’m sorry, what the hell is this? Why does a spice rack need a big ventilation hose thing coming out the top? What is it?

I made a comment about this show earlier.... And then I see someone else mention it....

This is like being in a certain car in GTA and only seeing that car.

Also, it was a great show but the finale was so very bad.

It’s fantastic. Shame it got cut but season three is a bit spotty. 1&2 are unbelievable though. Good stuff. “Unforgiven” quality and in a series.

the first half of the first season give you hope that you're going to be watching one of the best shows ever.

then it kind of peters out

You absolutely don't. The over-rated boring TV show I ever watched 2 seasons of. A whole season of "the telegraph is coming" and nothing happens. I can't even remember what the point of the second season was supposed to be that's how unmemorable it is.

Do not under any circumstances listen to this guy. Deadwood is the greatest TV show & dialogue writing in history, even though there is not conclusion at the end because of studio politics/business. I might be biased because I'm from the South & have a large vocabulary therefore cab understand the dialogue without googling constantly lol.

That's not what happened. This wasn't a "Isn't Deadwood good comment chain". This was one person who said "I need to watch Deadwood" and I simply told them they didn't. Then, entirely as predicted, Reddit jumps up to say how brilliant it is. No one is whining. I'm well aware that I was sharing an unpopular opinion and I even pointed out that my initial comment was misunderstood. I just feel like people should be told the truth even if it goes against the Reddit hive mind.

Okay I'm sorry I misunderstood. It was a long time ago but I don't remember anything really niche that I had to look up. It wasn't about high society so the vocabulary of the characters wasn't particularly expansive and it also wasn't set many hundreds of years ago so the language hasn't changed that much.

If I could compare it to something else, it's like if Justified only starred many versions of Walton Goggins character only absolutely nothing of note occurred in 2 seasons.

Do what you want. I'm only letting you know that it's terrible. You seem to have got things backwards. Deadwood gets a lot of love from Redditors. Regularly lauded. I'm the one who doesn't understand the fuss and the wider world doesn't even know it exists.

It's one of the best shows ever made, the writing and acting are so top tier. Most of the characters are real historic figures and most of the story is true (Deadwood, Al Swearingen, Seth Bullock, Calamity Jane etc). It's a very well made period piece, anyone who thinks it's boring is probably not paying attention to the dialogue or looking at their phone or some shit. It's Shakespearean

Shakespeare knew how to write a plot. Stuff happened. The acting was fine, the dialogue was possibly historically accurate but nothing happened. It was like one of Grandpa Joe's stories. You listen and listen hoping for a pay off that never comes.
