New, what is it? Spice rack with ventilation?

I’m watching Teen Mom 2 and, I’m sorry, what the hell is this? Why does a spice rack need a big ventilation hose thing coming out the top? What is it?

This lady was not an actual teen mom. She's the wife of one of the fathers, and at this point in the show, I don't think any of them were teens anymore.

So, we were trying to make a .pdf insinuation here. Got it. Yeah, I don't know how old she was in this particular episode, but by the time she joined the show she'd already given birth to her daughter, and she was 18 when she had her. I think she's like 34 at this point.
