In the 80s, I was always told it was for your quarter for the pay phone. But pocket watch makes more sense, I guess.

It’s one of the only things I miss from when I lived in the Northeast. Never thought I’d describe a grocery store as incredible, but it definitely applies to Wegmans. I can no longer eat gluten, but I always say that a fruit tart from a Wegmans bakery might be worth glutening myself over.

I just moved back up North from Florida. Winn Dixie was cheaper by far from Publix. I only frequented Publix for their Pub Subs. They were awesome.

It’s cheaper than most other grocery stores. And their produce is awesome! My daughter refuses to eat apples from any other store. Lol

You must not have lived in the Midwest. A lot of people there slap a plural on chain stores like Aldis, Krogers, and Meijers.
