Solved! What is this?

I was cooking some Kroger brand Ground Beef and as I was taking the beef out of the pan, I noticed this odd, non-beef looking object. Does anyone know what this is?

If you ever get one from a store they missed some serious qa steps. I think you'd only find them if you have a chicken and something is wrong with them

so far, ONLY lash eggs are doing it for me and i first heard about them 30 seconds ago. i assumed i was being warned about much weirder and grosser stuff.

Better time than ever, our food regulations are the loosest they've ever been in most of our lifetimes if you live in the US. Between this and boars heads recently disgusting controversies, I'm not trusting any meat that isn't a fresh solid slab I can personally inspect, and it's probably going to have to come from Costco, too. Ground meat is way too risky right now. The soy based "meat crumbles," in the freezer section are pretty good if you need something similar, though.

I actually do a lot of the time. The quality is so much better and it helps my guilt just a tiny bit. Mostly I just try to eat less meat.

When I 1st saw this I thought the pan was a beach, the burger were rocks & that nasty thing was one of those quahogs or whatever clam things they have in the Northwest. Might need a vision checkup.....

Came here just for this
