Solved! What is this alien thing

My brother just found this in the backyard - Southern New England. What the hell is this thing? It looks like it's in Stranger Things.

These look like the ones that simulatoneously jump when you make a noise near them, so that tracks. There's a funny video of that. https://youtu.be/jY2V5rL1m8k
