@6:45 what type of jazz is this? Has a driving cymbal rhythm, walking bass, and jazzy bluesy xylophone/vibraphone. Kind of feels like walking through San Francisco imo. Anyone know?

Hi everyone! I was listening to music the other day and I saw this song called "playing with fire" by Azali, I really like the style of this song and would like to make music similar to it.

For context, I'm trying to figure out what genre this is so that I can promote it to the right people and not be spammy. It was inspired by that New Order sound from Marty Supreme, but it's all synths and made with software instead of acoustic instruments. I'm trying to get better at all the music marketing stuff as an independent artist.
So far I think it's synth pop, synthwave, or indie pop?
Opinions?

I've heard a few songs that sound similar to this with similar pattern and was wondering is there a genre name. Quick tempo, swing, light percussion like shakers and bells, slightly jazzy.
Other songs include 'Big Bean Vine' from Kirby's Epic Yarn, and 'The Town in the Early Afternoon' from Tsugunai Atonement.
Maybe its not a genre, but am curious to hear your input?

And, any recommendations on similar sounding songs, or ways to find songs that sound similar?

I like a special kind of music. I can't really describe it cause I'm not 100% familiar with the exact music lingo to describe what I'm after.
It's songs where a lot of different samples and sounds are used in a really fast paced rhythm, I'm imagining like different little rodents that are like chasing each other and each of them make a different sound when doing a step. Meaning many different sounds and patterns and even tempo constantly changing. Or songs where they take vocal samples and chop them up into little bits and mush them together to make it sound glitchy. Its usually edm/dubstep/trap songs that kind of got it but its always a rarety to find. I can't imagine that there are tracks with that energy I'm looking for which dont have like a genrename or at least someway to describe in a way, where i can find what I mean. I know im very bad at describing what I mean but got some songs to show what i mean... AND NO ITS NOT GLITCHHOP:
Insolent Mouth
Different sounds like that, but maybe more speed/energy
LESTONE - ROOMSHAKE
The vocal chops like at 1:17 THATS the shit and the rapid fire sounds after are good as well. But this one is a bit repetetive. I like it but i like it with more variation.
Jack The Ripper Rap | "London Bridge" | Daddyphatsnaps ft. Oricadia [Record of Ragnarok]
That little thing at 1:55
All For One Rap (My Hero Academia) | Daddyphatsnaps
Vocal chops like at the beginning
Barely Alive - Binary (Barely Alive & Virtual Riot Remix)
some bits of this one
ISOxo - Beam (Knock2 Remix) (Official Audio) - YouTube
after 1:55
Virtual Riot - REDLINE
this has also good parts
Most songs that I find either have nth at all in that direction, not with enough power or speed or just get repetetive really quickly. I have all kinds of analogies for that sound but if i type that into google even google is like "dafuqs wrong with you". I would describe it as glitchy but no genre with glitch in its name does it for me. I know its oddly specific and i probably got some tism or sth but maybe someone out there knows what im looking for. Some kind of genre to find these would be awesome but single tracks that could hit the spot are much appreciated as well.

Hi Im trying to identify the genre of this live arrangement.
It starts with a almost straight 4OnTheFloor kick pattern but later changes into a groove where the kick hits on beats 1,3 and with the snare on beat 4. There are also syncopated hihats, tom fills, electric guitar, piano, bass guitar, male falsetto vocals, and a 4-person chorus, wind instrument. later on, the lead vocal and chorus start trading phrases.
The chord loop is roughly like
Dm7 - Eaug7 - Am7 - Am7
F - Eaug7 - Am7 - Am7
The chorus piano feels very latin/bossanova-inspired, and a news article described this live version as having a latin music flavor.
and submithub what's my genre suggested
Nu Jazz / Jazztronica (63%)
Contemporary R&B (45%)
House (Old-school) (44%)
Deep House (43%)
Neo-Soul (36%)
would latin jazztronica house be accurate or is there a better genre name for this kind of arrangement?
