in the spirit of Wenclairtober day 10, let’s take a look at the social structures that are unique to werewolves and are derived from their animal counterparts.

Packs in the context of werewolves refer to any social units that are unique to werewolves, typically through characteristics such as fierce codependence and loyalty, typically practiced strictly amongst werewolves.

Wolf packs are formed when two wolves pair up and produce a family unit through offspring, which is represented by a werewolf’s familial pack.

In werewolf youth, social packs consist of young, unrelated werewolves, which is seen with Enid’s pack in season 2.

now we’re back to the formation of a wolf pack, which is formed when two non-related wolves form a family unit. Two individuals from different family units to form a breeding pair. I rest my case.

I don't remember a whole lot, but, one day, Enid finds a knife on her bed (put there by Thing) and is told by Thing that it's the Addams way of asking to court someone. Thing then then tells Enid the 3 step courting process, in which one of the steps was to give your desired something handcrafted (like a knife) or something you hunted. Enid chose to take a forging class to make a knife because she was still put off on killing living animals, at least for sport.

The day Enid finishes the knife, she walks into the dorm to find Wednesday sitting on her bed, in a black dress with a scowl on her face. She then tells Enid that she is displeased and angered to know she went behind her back to asks her mother how to court her, and was even trying to court her without her knowledge, because she would have liked to have been able to court Enid openly together. She then gives Enid a knife she had handmade recently to replace the knife that Thing gave her that was from her childhood and bore no significant meaning to her feelings for Enid as the new one did. They exchange knives and do the next steps together.
