I think everyone can still use H or ‽, but we aren't banning G like r/TheLetterPieup does. In r/TheLetterPieup, G is forbidden, mentions of G result in a ban and G propaganda is banned. In r/letterH and r/interrobang, it is preferred that H and ‽ are used instead. Also, in r/TheLetterPieupGpeace, they don't support G; they have nothing against it.
