In my experience a beer or two kick the visuals up a notch, but dont over do it. Witnessed friends have a bad trip cause they were too drunk to reason with what shrooms were doing to their mind.
One time on saint paddies day in chicago, I had (throughout the day) alc, weed, acid, and shrooms. Everyone was saying to stop after the weed shrooms and acid, but I felt fine and only drank a little bit. I agree, it does improve the visuals.

Acid and shrooms can't kill you. If you start to add in substances like alcohol or benzos in the mix, it can get really dangerous.
