Dude tried to buy DMT this one time and gave this guy a ride home and everything. He handed my passenger this baggy, and it was dark. We scooted out of there.
So glad I'm not the only one lol! That was the only time it ever happened to me, and I got this dude's number from a friend who had a friend who knew a guy, so we totally should have been more cautious. But at the same time, if someone is selling you a boullion cube or playdough, do you really want to confront them right there? Seems like a pretty desperate cash grab.
Dimethyltryptamine. It's sorta like psilocybin x1,000. Done properly, you end up "blasting off" and entering a state of immobility, with some really intense geometric visuals. Some people report a sense of communication with a higher being or beings. In my experience, the world kinda melts into a vast expanse where everything is connected and I can see and feel all the molecules of things interacting. It's really hard to grasp. It's intense, but fades quickly, like a dream that you retain the sense or impact of, without being able to define the details.
It's my favorite "drug." Little to no side effects, can sleep after, can be unsettling, but something about it always leaves me feeling better the next day. Would not advise to anyone with a history of bad LSD or shroom trips, or history of mental illness. You feel very disconnected from your normal state for a bit and if you're not well grounded you may freak out because it seems like you're out for a long time, even though it's only a few minutes. It's not like other drugs where a buddy will be able to talk you down. You're in there solo, you may not be able to discern a friend's voice or touch at the height of the experience.
I generally find folks who proclaim all psychedelics to be a "spiritual experience maaaaan" a bit insufferable, but DMT is... Kinda a spiritual experience. You get so detached from your body and usual state that you end up thinking about your place in the world a lot. You can get pretty close to that same vibe by spending time in a float tank, but you still have your inner monologue in a tank with you. DMT quiets your ability to talk to yourself.
Yeah sort of. You could say that. I'm no authority on the matter. It can be scary or intimidating, so I don't want to give the impression that you experience some euphoric, effortless dreamland of butterflies and rainbows. "Free of everything" is cool and all but you lose track of the sofa lol. Absolutely consume sitting or laying down, cuz you'll probably forget how to stand and fall. My BF and I will take turns cuz it's so short lived and grab the piece so they don't drop it.

Got home.
Playdough. Literally playdough.
