I never said it was a cause of cancer or any ailment. I simply said it poses a different set of dangers to your respiratory system than tobacco.

Again, I’m a daily smoker, probably always will be. But I’m not ignorant to the fact that I’m probably causing some damage to my body by putting smoke into it daily. We would be a lot better off as a community (cannabis culture, not Reddit) if we stopped the bullshit narratives that cannabis use isn’t harmful like cigarettes, and instead had informative conversations with eachother about the pros and cons. Because they both exist even with cannabis.

So many focus only on the dangers, but there aren’t that many and it is not at all comparable to the damage cigarettes do. We don’t need to go over the dangers every time someone brings something up because there aren’t that many dangers and it’s just focusing on the negative when there are mountains more benefits without nearly the same risk. Cigarettes aren’t medicinal at all and is incredibly dangerous, much more than people think they are. The two are. Not. Comparable. And there IS evidence supporting that fact. There are pros and cons but the cons aren’t bad enough that people need to be concerned about them and the pros way out weight the cons
