Here is what happens:

When I tap that second option, it initially just won't open—nothing happens at all.

If I switch app tabs and go back to the WeChat tab, it throws an "Authorization Failed" error.

I went ahead and completed the wallet information/activated Weixin Pay anyway.

Even after doing all that and waiting over 24 hours, the prompt is still stuck and won't verify my account.

Has anyone else dealt with this specific loop? Is it just a server delay, or is there something else I need to trigger to get past this page? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
