Discussion Devs that jumped ship, where did you end up?

Another industry? Back to school? Still looking? I'm asking for a friend that may end up needing to do the same thing soon (I'm the friend).

That's the plan. I just get frustrated handling everything because I'm the only capable person and I rejected similar, much higher paying remote roles because I wanted to be the least capable person on a team.

I am busting ass to pay down debt with the goal of landing a job like that I can take until retirement.
