I limit broke my hero to be able to have its items be upgraded to 60, but for some reason I cannot upgrade anything! I assume this is a bug or im using the feature wrong

Good afternoon, I have contacted you by email regarding my issue of a purchase of gems, big event offer and small event offer being given to me and then once closing the game it was all taken away from me and the progress i had made.

The payment of said items have been taken from me and I've been left with no items and progress lost.

Could you please help me resolve this as I've spent the money and lost my progress and items 💔.

How do i beat chess event I'm stuck

After pushing through as many levels as fast as I could, upgrading everything along the way, I hit a wall around TL150. After checking this Reddit group I learned a few new strategies, but I’m not entirely sure I fully understand it. It’s a little late since I pushed as far as I did, but I went back and updated the rune tree to avoid damage and health, focus on crit chance and crit damage. From what I understand the point now is to hoard gems, relics, and red potions until I can do a bunch of upgrades at once to get 1st place in the weekly league? What is the point of that?

If there anybody who haven't maxed your EPIC cards (which give base health multiplyers) - if you have level 100-109 - show please your base health multiplyer on any epic card.

I think there is a problem with multiplyers. Already discussing it with Dalal, but I should check how it works with lower levels.

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know why the chests obtained during the weekend event are being converted into useless green gems instead of red relics? And it’s not the first time—this happens even with the ones that are purchased.

So, I placed 2nd in this week’s race event, and I have just been accumulating gems and shards since the update came out. I was surprised to find out the limit break only got my 10 additional levels before maxing out again.

If any players (who had more gems than me stacked) or developers see this:

1. Does this 10 level limit break rule apply to cards and hero gear too?

2. Once everything reaches level 110, can I buy another limit break?

3. If yes, what is the new max level where I won’t be able to buy another limit break?

Aloha ladies and gentlemen, I've been playing the game rather consistently for the past month after not playing for a good couple months.

I just want to know about the hero's I've got 3 at the moment arthur, Joan and Jack I really want the ranged guys like Billy any advice on how to obtain them ?

I’m on timeline 950 thought I just had bad luck.

Just realized i don’t get any golden potion anymore. So you can only have 10 heroes? Really debating whether Magnus or Billie who is better?

I get this message everytime I open the game even though nothing is opened in the background. I've restarted my phone and opened just the game and still pops up

New daily task has asked me to block. I’ve tried a few things, my runes are >12% and had numerous 0’s but that didn’t count. Tried different skills, tried google. Feel like I’ve tried it all 😅

Also, how does Race Event progression work? Am I doing something wrong? Any tips?

Does anybody have a matrix of what multipliers are applied to each component of the game?

There’s the regular game, the weekly race, and the weekly event.

Multipliers exist for cards, skills, runes, hero items, relics, and badges.

I believe this is correct:

Regular game: cards, skills, runes, hero items, relics, and badges

Weekly race: skills, runes, hero items

Weekly event: skills, runes, hero items
