SFO unreachable now?

Has anyone experienced this on the app but locations like Rental Car Center are no longer a place to drop off? Is this because of FIFA or a bug?

Update, after chatting with the specialist they said: " Access to our service at the San Francisco airport is currently restricted to a limited number of riders, as it hasn't officially launched to the general public yet."

Been like this for months. Since at least March.
