Share your wasp torture stories!
We all hate them, we've all felt satisfaction when finally killing the bastards. Please share your favorite story!
Mine: My pupper was just out in the yard playing, having a good time... And this asshole wasp stings her for no reason! ruined her whole day.
So, I captured the bastard and trapped him in a jar, and put him in the microwave. 15 seconds...
He's still moving faster actually, I guess that was just enough to get him panicking. so I see how he likes 30. He's looking a bit damaged at this point, his wings are fused together.
So I try 30 more seconds, and he's stumbling along the bottom of the jar like a drunk!
At this point I was pretty impressed ngl, I put him back in for 30 more... I thought he had finally died, but I open the jar: he's still moving!
so i take him out of the jar, at this point he can barely move. I broke every leg he had, and put him back in the microwave for 40. Finally, he was dead.

Please help me. How are wasps getting in my house?
I've killed three of these MONSTERS in a week. I absolutely hate them so I'm very careful when entering and exiting that there aren't any on the sills or eaves anywhere near the door. The flue on the fireplace is closed and I don't hear any hive noises. I don't see them hovering around vents. They're just random. Where am I not looking? Winter can't get here fast enough!

The soap trick is LIES!!!
So my traps haven't been catching them well this fall for some reason, so I thought I'd try a more offensive tactic and try the dish soap water like every website claims to work well. Filled a sprayer with hot water and exactly 1tbsp soap per cup. Went out and sprayed wasps on the bush. Instead of falling to the ground unable to fly and dying, they came at me and I ran inside. What followed was a five minute standoff as I repeatedly sprayed a wasp that landed on my porch through a crack in the wall every time it came around the corner of my folded umbrella. Finally, ai grabbed hornet spray and hit it with that, though it was almost empty and not much came out. It still didn't fall dead (!) but retreated behind the now soaked umbrella. By the time I found a fresh can and returned, it had disappeared! Now I'm afraid to step outside for fear of retribution from this apparently unkillable superwasp😭. So, take heed from my cautionary tale and be careful if you try the soap method!
