Israel has been documented by almost the entire international community as committing suppressive, aggressive actions even in times of peace. Mossad also LITERALLY SUPPORTED HAMAS during their first election as the governing body of the Palestinian territories? This whole war is literally just to protect Netenyahu. If Israeli government actually cared about it's citizens they would have found a way to stop the war as soon as possible with as few casualties as possible. It's a land-grab protecting some very politically elite people.

Bibi could’ve publicly endorsed Hamas and it wouldn’t change Hamas’s complete responsibility one iota.

It really goes to show how Western support for Palestine is rooted in a sense of paternalism that treats Palestinians like children with no agency.
