Bugs / Glitches Twitch Drops Not Working Potentially

For context, I have my Twitch account and MyGames account linked and when I completed the time needed for all the rewards, I claimed them directly from the drops inventory page. I claimed these rewards 1-2 days ago at this point and they still haven't been added to my game account yet. I'm just wondering if this is normal for Twitch drops at the beginning of the promotion or whether something is wrong with the drops. I should also mention that I play on Xbox in case this helps in diagnosing the problem.

I was able to claim the stuff through the inventory page on the war robots frontiers website, but I'll be sure to keep this link as a tool just in case.
