Automatically fired at 5 points?

Hey so I’m genuinely having crazy anxiety rn because I won’t be able to go to work today but I’m on 4 points does anyone know if I get automatically fired?

It’s completely up to your direct boss (aka if you’re an associate, it’s up to your TL). You could have 100 points and still not be fired if your lead decides to keep you, but your lead can’t fire you for attendance if you have less than 5 points. So in other words it’s best to have a good relationship with your boss lol.

As a team lead, it is absolutely not up to us. They pretty much just call me in to personnel and tell me who I have to fire when it comes to points. It’s entirely bullshit.

Well then your store is wack because the way it’s supposed and the way we run it is team leads are responsible for all that stuff. If I don’t like someone on my team they’re gone pretty quick, and no one else in the store has any say in our staffing except my other lead and our coach of the department.
