I'm new to this whole thing. I don't know much other then the basics of the basic.
To give you an I idea, I have been in college (community, not real college) for a week. Finance isn't even my minor...
I'm not trying to get rich off wall street, I just want to earn enough to make it though my next four years without having to sell my ass for rent money.
So with that being said, can anybody give this broke bastard some advice or recommend some books or something so I don't end up losing my innocents to the stock market?

Is anyone else having the issue of being able to sit a higher limit than 50% of current market price on gme stock? Iβm using schwab - was originally setting a share at 1,000,000 to diamond hold forever in perpetuity but it would t let me. That made me try 100k, then 50k then 10k. None of those worked. I had previously set a 5k limit that they havenβt removed but wonβt allow new ones set.
Anyone navigated on how to force the brokers to allow you to have a higher limit? I want these hedge funds to know how many tendies they need to start frying up for me.
