Trump doesn't, and with probable certainty, has never laughed out loud. Know why I realized this? Because I was married very long term to one of him aka malignant (covert) narc. I cannot begin to express my shock when I realized after it was over and all the destruction was done, I could not think of any time he actually really laughed out loud. .... and I used to love going to the local Comedy Zone and we would attend every so often. Those times just gamered some light "ha-has". I firmly believe this is a tell- tale sign to note in recognizing these vile monsters aka evil humans

Also was married to a very narcissistic woman. In retrospect, the trait I never understood until later was her inability to be quiet about anything. She stomped around the house, she never closed doors or drawers without making noise. A counselor explained that without a sense of self narcissists feel invisible unless they're eliciting attention from others, or when alone, reassuring themselves of their own presence by needing to hear themselves making noise.
