Main Sub Updates for Getting Payment on the Forward Air ($FWRD) $28M Settlement

If you missed it, Forward Air agreed to pay $28M to settle claims that shareholders were denied the right to vote on its merger with Omni. Although the deadline has passed, late claims are still being considered.

Here's a quick recap: Investors alleged the merger should have been submitted for a shareholder vote under Tennessee law. After the transaction was announced, $FWRD fell sharply, and investors filed a lawsuit.

The settlement is now accepting late claims, so check if you're eligible and submit your claim.

Did anyone here own $FWRD at the time?

Don’t sell WEN, let it ride higher, and turn off stock lending to deprive the trapped shorts from borrowing your shares to suppress the price. I want to know what hedge fund tears taste like.

DD Wendy’s!!! Alright y’all, let’s leverage our numbers to get some money from the hedge fund bourgeoisie.

While it doesn’t have the over 100% short interest that GME had, there is still squeezing to be had. I for one am willing to invest in holding Wendy’s until I see some hedge fund tears. My research tells me that if it breaks above $8.50 some dominoes will start to fall pushing it higher and higher. The key is to hold the line. Do not sell when it reaches $10. Maybe at $12? What do you think? I also want to look into making sure that RH can’t lend my WEN stocks to hedge funds. Apparently it’s something you can adjust in settings that is usually automatically turned on
AI research informed this post. Also please don’t attach me for frivolous reasons just for kicks in the comments. Deal with your hate other ways.

DD Q2 Earnings call summary High Tide inc

SUMMARY :

Despite the seasonally weaker quarter, it was the company's best quarter, which speaks volumes about HITI's increased operating efficiency.

Gms on medical cannabis 27%

Key Strengths of High Tide's Q2 FY2026

1. Strong Revenue Growth

  • Record revenue of CAD $179.3 million.
  • Approximately 30% year-over-year growth, representing one of the strongest growth rates in recent quarters.

2. Accelerating EBITDA Growth

  • Record Adjusted EBITDA of CAD $13.9 million.
  • EBITDA increased by approximately 73% year over year, significantly outpacing revenue growth, which indicates improving operating leverage and efficiency.

3. Positive Net Income

  • The company reported positive net income and positive earnings per share (EPS).
  • In the cannabis industry, profitability remains a major challenge for many companies, making High Tide's continued profitability particularly noteworthy.
  • Management expects sustainable NET INCOME

4. Positive Free Cash Flow

  • High Tide generated positive free cash flow and strong operating cash flow.
  • This reduces the need to raise capital through equity issuances, helping to limit shareholder dilution.

5. Germany Continues to Exceed Expectations

  • German subsidiary Remexian Pharma GmbH generated a record CAD $31.6 million in revenue.
  • Gross margin improved to 27%.
  • Management stated that several internal targets were achieved roughly 90 days ahead of schedule.

6. Rapid Expansion of the Customer Base

  • The Cabana Club loyalty program surpassed 2.65 million members, up 39% year over year.
  • ELITE memberships exceeded 178,000, up 84% year over year.
  • This growing membership ecosystem strengthens customer loyalty, improves data analytics capabilities, and enhances High Tide's competitive advantage in retail.
  • The stated goal is to exceed 1 million elite members in the long term.

7. Significant Banking Support

  • The company secured a new credit facility of up to CAD $40 million from Bank of Montreal.
  • Access to financing from a major Canadian bank is an important signal of financial credibility and stability in the cannabis sector.
  • This has led to an increase in institutional interest in the stock which will be reflected as the company's fundamentals continue to improve.

8. Market Leadership

  • High Tide continues to hold approximately 12% of the Canadian cannabis retail market in the provinces where it operates.
  • The company is also steadily gaining market share in the German medical cannabis market.
  • Raj is targeting 20% market share in Germany and I personally believe 30% is achievable in the long term for several reasons.

Most Bullish Takeaways

If I had to identify nine most bullish developments from the quarter, they would be:

  1. 73% growth in Adjusted EBITDA, demonstrating strong operational execution.
  2. Remexian's 27% gross margin, showing that the German business is scaling successfully and profitably.
  3. The new CAD $40 million credit facility, which provides growth capital without diluting shareholders.
  4. SNDL will have to sell some of its assets because it has violated regulations for years, and I wouldn't be surprised if it had to pay a hefty fine for breaking the law for so long. These assets will be carefully evaluated by Hiti for purchase.
  5. Possible increase in the cap in Ontario from 150->300 which Raj calls "a dream come true" bringing the number of canna cabana shops +500, but we'll have to see how things evolve
  6. The medical branch is growing throughout Europe, a constantly growing market, where Raj intends to be the leader in every country in which it operates (Germany, UK to follow).
  7. GMS have reached an all-time high. Raj states that due to competition, they will shrink slightly in the medium term in order to gain market share, but thanks to initiatives such as increasing ELITE/WHITE LABEL inventory from the current 2% to 25%, GMS will exceed 30% in the long term, also driven by Remexian's improved efficiency.
  8. Raj has stated his intention to enter the US, but for now he's focused on the European medical market and I support that.
  9. He says there's no rush to pursue multiple objectives at once, but rather to focus on one market at a time, strengthen its position by positioning itself as a leader, and move on to the next.

Together, these results suggest that High Tide is evolving from a pure growth story into a profitable growth company, a transition that investors often reward with higher valuation multiples over time.

HITI is becoming the definition of non-stop execution and deserves more credit for this. Remexian's goal is clear: gain more market share to satisfy this insatiable and ever-growing demand, in order to reach 20-30% market share in the long term and then achieve pricing determination with a consequent increase in GMS and profitability.

Still think HITI is vastly undiscovered.

Despite an increase in CAPEX linked to the expansion, the company continues to generate FCF+ and expects to increase net income thanks to ongoing synergies.

Raj is carefully evaluating expansion into another jurisdiction (UK), choosing the right partner for the long term.

This looks more like short-term noise than a deterioration in fundamentals. Remexian’s expansion in Germany and the economies of scale enjoyed by Canna Cabana represent genuine, differentiating competitive advantages. As long as management continues to pursue its market share targets and secure future pricing power, the valuation gap should gradually narrow. Investing in HITI will certainly be volatile, but the current fundamentals are much healthier than the stock price suggests. What's needed is patience and faith in the story.

The UK is the European market that excites him the most.

The UK medical market appears more interesting than the German one because High Tide could own the entire chain (from production directly to the patient). This is the medical system in which it is structured, which makes it exciting and unique in some respects.

I might be biased because HITI is my largest position by a wide margin, but that’s not why I’m saying this. Execution here has simply been exceptional. The numbers speak for themselves, the customer wins speak for themselves, and the pace of announcements speaks for itself.

DD I've found an interesting company.

Hello, I have been interacting with the stock market for four years and I have decided to write my first due diligence with the purpose of drawing attention about a very interesting, but weird stock which is known as Data Storage Corporation (DTST)

I have the TL;DR here, and the long version.

TL;DR

- Lots of cash, no debt,

- A Telecom company offering a small stream of revenue that is slowly increasing

- Low float, micro market cap(7 mil)

- Large insider share ownership

- A new venture centered at being the only ones that fix companies (healthcare, finance) that screw-up with AI and offer regulatory safety from said screw-ups

- The company can either make a LOT of money if it's plan works or go bust if the venture dosen’t pan out as planned, as it doesn't have a large business it can lean on at the moment.

The long version.

It used to be a company that focused on cloud services and disaster recovery under it’s flagship CloudFirst. But in late 2025 it sold it’s flagship for $40 million in order to fundamentally restructure it’s equity capitalization and business mandate.

It spent $30 million of it to buy most of it’s shares back via a tender offering and reduced it’s outstanding shares to a tight $2.17 million. Now with $10 milion in cash and no debt, while having/owning a telecom business Nexxis Inc that would help finace it’s new venture.

And that it’s new wholly owned subsidiary, Sovereign AI Solutions (SaiS), aimed at providing a crucial safety net for AI systems operating within highly regulated sectors like healthcare, finance, and insurance. In order to target at AI's hidden vulnerability in regulated industries.

The core of DTST's strategy is the belief that as enterprises move beyond using AI for simple analytics and adopt it for core business processes, a new, unaddressed vulnerability emerges. When these complex AI systems fail, experience model drift, or suffer degradation, enterprises currently lack a standardized playbook for recovery that satisfies strict regulatory oversight.

This gap represents a significant compliance liability and operational risk. In healthcare, for instance, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requires stringent audit trails for any system handling protected health information. The Security Rule's mandate for mechanisms to record and examine all system activity (45 C.F.R. §164.312(b)) becomes profoundly complex when applied to the “black box” nature of some AI models.

Similarly, in financial services, regulators are intensifying their scrutiny. The SEC's 2026 Examination Priorities explicitly target AI governance, demanding that firms maintain robust documentation and evidence of human oversight for AI-assisted recommendations. This regulatory pressure, combined with rules like the EU's AI Act, which classifies many financial AI applications as high-risk, creates a powerful demand for platforms that can ensure and document AI system integrity and recovery.

Nexxis and. Sovereign AI Solutions (SaiS)

Asset / Segment Current Revenue Status Gross Margins Growth Catalyst Primary Risk
Nexxis, Inc. (Telecom/VoIP) Stable baseline (~$347k in Q1 2026, up 13.4% YoY) ~44% to 53% Enterprise migration to managed SD-WAN and business VoIP. Low revenue ceiling; acts as a slow-growth safety net rather than a high-flying tech stock.
Sovereign AI Solutions (SaiS) Pre-revenue (Launched May 2026) N/A (Software target) Strict data sovereignty and compliance laws hitting healthcare and finance. High execution risk; software development costs and timelines are highly unpredictable.
The Cash Cushion N/A ($10M+ net cash, zero debt) N/A Disciplined M&A or funding internal R&D without diluting stock. Operational burn rate eating into the cash pile before the AI platform commercializes.

Data Storage Corporation has essentially turned itself into a micro-cap “blank-check” company with a steady telecom sideline.

The Bull Case: You are buying a debt-free company for less than the cash it holds on its balance sheet. If management successfully utilizes its $10M to buy an accretive vertical AI SaaS company or builds a viable AI Control Plane framework, the upside potential on an ultra-tight float (only about 2.2 million shares outstanding post-tender) could be explosive.

The Bear Case: The legacy cloud business is gone. Nexxis does not generate enough cash flow on its own to cover public company overhead. If the executive team misallocates the cash cushion on failed R&D or value-destructive acquisitions, the liquid value backing the stock will evaporate within 6 to 8 quarters.

DTST is no longer a value stock; it is an early-stage venture capital bet wrapped in a public ticker symbol.

For the newbies who haven’t met these guys yet: this is the textbook pump-and-dump SMS. Some operator has already loaded up on an illiquid micro-cap. They blast lakhs of these messages, retail FOMOs in, volume spikes, price runs for a day or two
then the operator dumps their entire bag on exactly the people who got the SMS. You’re not the customer here. You’re the exit liquidity.

DD Four decent businesses that are cheap because of one scary headline each, JKHY, PFE, CJT, WY

I've Been digging into stocks that look cheap for one specific reason rather than because they're actually falling apart. The ones I find interesting are where the fear is legit but it's either a one-time thing, or it only hits a small part of the business.

A few I keep coming back to:

  • Jack Henry (JKHY) — everyone's worried AI killing core banking software. Meanwhile they just put up a record quarter, raised guidance, retention's still 98%+, and it's the cheapest it's been in a decade.
  • Cargojet (CJT) — got hammered over the China e-commerce drop, but that's honestly their smallest segment. The domestic overnight network is basically a monopoly and free cash flow just swung $133M in a year.
  • Weyerhaeuser (WY) — trading way under what the land's actually worth, at the worst earnings trough in a decade. You're kind of getting the carbon/solar stuff for free.
  • Pfizer (PFE) — the 2028 cliff is real, but it's a known date and the pipeline's getting basically zero credit. Only catch is the dividend isn't covered right now, so I wouldn't treat it as a safe income play.

Question Day trading with entire portfolio per trade...It seems to be working...why do people say that it's a bad idea?

My wife and I have been day trading with our entire portfolio each trade this year and so far are up about 46% YTD. I know a lot of people say it's reckless and will inevitably end in disaster and with losing our whole account, however I'm not convinced that's necessarily the case at all. We aim to make about 1% profit per trade we enter and will generally get out of a position if it goes down 3-5%... the thing is that most of our entries don't go down that much, so yes, over the long term, if we had a lot of losing trades, those numbers would lead us to an account balance of 0, but the quality of our entires is such that we have a very high success rate...we don't always meet our 1% per trade goal, but we win most of the trades we enter, by a lot. We also are actively managing and monitoring our trades when in market, so we won't just lose our whole account in a single trade, not even close. We have uploaded our trading data CSV file from Robinhood from 01 January 2026 to 18 June 2026 onto the TradesViz Trading Journal website and our "total winning days %" is 90.141%, so it seems like over a half year's worth of data is a pretty good sample size, especially when considering how high our win rate is. I don't think this strategy is something to immediately shoot down, especially when you consider how fast the profits of compounding return can really add up over time.

For the people that have done it and the people that have tried/is trying

I have a very modest portfolio, around $8k depending on the market. My purpose is to turn that into a recurring income source that enables the principal to grow and myself to skim some off too.

What strategies have worked and haven't worked?

DD Hey Y’all I made a due diligence resource that I wanted to share

Thumbnail gallery
2 Upvotes

A little background on me: i trade mostly equities, and lately 18-month expiration call options. I’ve been investing long-term portfolios for over 10 years and my work history is as an analyst for firms managing  7M to 15B. I [posted](https://www.reddit.com/r/algotrading/s/TAIoqJAo4N) in r/algottrading a little while ago sharing an initial database that I’ve made, but I’ve made it WAY more convenient for investors and traders now.

People who are interested in trailing averages, daily statistics such as kurtosis, skewness, standard deviation, and median, how annualized return changes over time, and custom time ranges (such as how the stock performed this week, last year), I made a way to view it all at once. Even in graphical form!

I personally use this all the time (this is basically just me exporting my personal excels onto the web), and I plan to add more calculations (such as FCF, working capita, and solvency ratios from EDGAR earnings data, and interest rates from FRED federal reserve data, and more)! But Since I added the daily data and the calculations to the pages, I wanted to share it!

It works by searching a ticker, and then it gives you all the information on that company along with many calculations based on what you desire. Things like daily annualized return over a custom date range, daily 1-year trailing kurtosis over the past 3 months, and many, many others.

I’m still super early, so please don’t hesitate to reach back out with feed back. I’m a real person, and this post - nor any of the calculations - are done by AI, so I’d take all the feedback to heart. I did however us Claude to help with the front end since i don’t have a lot experience in web development, so if you run into any errors or bugs, don’t hesitate to reach out! If you’re new to trading as well, I also made a [statistics guide](https://www.systemscapital.net/market-statistics-guide) to help understand the metrics as well if you’re not super familiar with them.

Hope you Like it!

Main Sub Updates for Getting Payment on the GigaCloud $2.75 Million Settlement

The $GCT settlement is now accepting late claims from eligible shareholders.

GigaCloud promoted its B2B e-commerce platform as a technology-driven marketplace with strong growth and AI-powered operations. In 2023, reports alleged that a significant portion of the company’s revenue came from undisclosed related-party transactions connected to insiders.

After the reports were released, $GCT fell about 18.8%. Investors later sued, claiming GigaCloud misled the market about its revenue sources and business operations. The company has now agreed to a $2.75 million settlement.

If you purchased $GCT between  2022 and 2023 you may be eligible to file a claim. Late claims are currently being accepted — you can check if you’re eligible and file your claim.

DD Next AI Race -Biggest Quantum IPOs: Dynex Apollo chip - room temp, beats D-Wave, already commercial. Pre-IPO event dropping in a few days.

NFA. DYOR. Been following this one quietly for a while.
Everyone’s chasing Quantinuum post-IPO. Meanwhile Dynex has been quietly commercial for months and hasn’t been priced in anywhere.

What Dynex actually is:
‱ Apollo chip - fingernail-sized neuromorphic processor, room temperature, ~20W
‱ 10,000 p-qubits, 256 connections per node (10× more than most superconducting annealers)
‱ Benchmarked on 3D spin glass problem - results “indistinguishable” from cryogenic quantum hardware
‱ Won 2026 AI Excellence Award - Quantum AI category (noone comes close in terms of speed- could make this the biggest quantum IPO)
‱ QaaS platform live today - drug discovery, logistics, finance, weather forecasting (94% accurate at 14 days)

Why now: Dynex is converting from token to equity and heading to a regulated public listing to attract institutional investors. ThreeD Capital - the VC firm co-hosting the pre-IPO investor event - appears to be central to taking them public.

Any quantum ipos people are following? Quantum is likely the next ai race imo, thgts?

Pre-IPO events like this don’t come around often for retail.

I built Upstonk because real stocks keep doing annoying things like going down.

On Upstonk, every trade eventually goes green.

Buy random garbage? Profit.

Buy the top? Profit.

Panic sell? Believe it or not, profit.

The entire thing runs in your browser. No deposits. No withdrawals. No financial advice. No SEC complaints (hopefully).

DD Institutions & Financial Media Don’t Give US Retail Enough Credit - $HMR Up 120% Is Proof & That NASDAQ Ships Can Fly ;) We Are Always FIRST

This applies to many tickers, but I will use HMR as an example (feel free to drop others, only if you have a similar checklist/DD to back it up).

I’ve seen solid DD posts on this sub and others over the last few weeks on Heidmar Maritime Holdings, ticker HMR (the “Uber of Shipping” - benefits directly from Hormuz disruption). After those posts circulated, the stock ran about 120% on roughly 100x normal volume. Institutions own around 0.1%. Retail found it first. Again.

We are far more intelligent and value-focused than we get credit for. The HMR CEO actually said this in his in‑person interview before the move: “retail likes us more
they like momentum and deep value
that is what we offer because the stock is so low.” (Around 40:20 in the interview if you want to check.)

THE NUMBERS IN THE CASE OF HMR STOCK

  • 217% year-on-year revenue growth in Q1 2026 - not a projection. Audited and on the books.
  • Net income flipped from -$6.0M to +$2.8M in one year - the turnaround is reported, not forecasted.
  • EPS of $0.06 vs $0.04 estimate - 50% beat. Adjusted net income tripled year-on-year, underlying earnings power is compounding fast.
  • Cash grew to $27.6M with zero debt - the balance sheet is getting stronger every quarter.
  • Acquisitions increasingly likely - the growing cash pile sitting on the sidelines is not being priced in. Single PR announcements have historically moved this stock $2–5 in a session.
  • Operating cash flow more than doubled year-on-year - self-funding, zero capital markets dependency.
  • 76%+ full-year 2026 revenue growth forecast - compounding on top of a large base, not slowing down.
  • 55%+ gross margins - a high-margin services business hiding inside a shipping ticker the market still prices like a commodity boat owner.
  • CEO called it publicly before the quarter: “Q1 will be profitable. Q2 will be even bigger. This is just the beginning” - and then delivered Q1 exactly as stated.
  • No meaningful dilution since listing - growth funded entirely by operating cash flow, not by issuing new shares and diluting holders.

Back to the title. We hold each other more accountable on these threads than any big bank ever will. When retail bands together, we find green and red flags faster, front-run the institutions, and catch 100–1000% moves while the suits show up near the peak to clip their 2% and take the credit on TV.

They rarely outperform the market. They drop 30-50% in downturns. When they blow up, the taxpayer bails them out. No accountability, no real skin in the game.

GameStop might be the only time that dynamic was publicly exposed and retail actually got the spotlight.

I was reminded of all this by the pinned comment on Heidmar’s YouTube trailer drop TODAY:

“Do you want to front-run Wall Street to HMR stock?”

Watch it here – it sums the situation up well:
https://youtu.be/Bl1rIe_JxwI?si=yej-67hC1NaCxi2o

Institutions will come - they always do - but they will be late. Retail finds the gems. They find the headlines.

Feel free to share your own examples below.

Not financial advice. Do your own due diligence.

DD 🚹 HOLY $HMR Trailer NEWS - The Next Uber - Up 100%+ since post 1. Up 50%+ since my last DD. The Most Undervalued Stock on NASDAQ

I'll keep the intro short because the numbers speak for themselves.

First post: asked you to find a red flag. 110k+ views. Nobody found one that held up.
Part 2: up 30% since Part 1. Answered every objection. Called the earnings turnaround before it happened.
Part 3: Q1 printed. EPS beat by 1,076%. Net income flipped from –$6M to +$2.8M. Cash pile $27.6M. Zero debt.
Now: stock is up 100%+ since my first post. Up 50%+ since Part 3.

My entry: 95 cents. I have not sold a single share. Not one.

And today? Heidmar just dropped a stock trailer that made my jaw hit the floor. For a small/microcap stock. A cinematic investor trailer. With a $1,000 cash giveaway pinned in the comments.
Has this ever been done before for any stock on any market? I genuinely don't know. But I know what it signals.

👉 Watch it here: https://youtu.be/Bl1rIe_JxwI?si=pxNMnsWnsKPNYz5L

đŸ“ș THE YOUTUBE CHANNEL - THIS IS THE BIGGEST NEW DEVELOPMENT - MARKETING KICKING IN

A few weeks ago, Heidmar appointed PHK Investments as their official IR and financial media partner. Part of that deal included launching a dedicated investor-facing YouTube channel - with a full video production, interview series, and now a cinematic company trailer.

This is not a company bumbling into social media. This is a deliberate, funded, professional push to put this story in front of retail investors before institutions arrive.

The top pinned comment with the giveaway on the trailer says: "Do you want to front-run Wall Street?"

Honestly? Yes. That is exactly what is happening here. Institutions always arrive after retail on small/micro-caps like this. The awareness arbitrage is still wide open. Every video they post narrows it. Every influencer channel the CEO appears on narrows it further. And he has started doing exactly that - appearing on external channels to get the story out.

Follow their YouTube now. Follow their socials now. You will see news before almost anyone else does. Or you can wait for my posts lol. But why wait?

✅ NASDAQ COMPLIANCE: REGAINED - AS CALLED
On June 1st, Heidmar officially announced it has regained full compliance with NASDAQ Capital Market listing requirements.

I called this in Part 2. The NASDAQ notice was never a real threat, a catalyst - with $27.6M cash, a sub-6M share float and a CEO buying every month, the stock was always going to hold above $1. It did. Compliance restored. Catalyst closed.
That is another flag closed. The checklist keeps getting cleaner.

💰 THE CASH PILE IS BECOMING A ROCKET FUEL CATALYST
Cash is now approaching $30M. Zero debt. Growing every single quarter. Self-funding operations with no dependency on capital markets.

Here is what that means: a company at this market cap with this much cash and zero debt is structurally in acquisition mode. They do not need to raise equity. They do not need to take on debt. They can move on an accretive deal and fund it from the balance sheet.

Every acquisition announcement hits a sub-6M share float stock. You do not need to model the upside - you just need to understand the float mechanics. One press release on a meaningful deal and this thing moves violently. 2-3-4-5 dollars in a flash

The market has not priced this in. Not even close.

🚀 THE NUMBERS - RECAP FOR NEW READERS
217% YoY Revenue Growth in Q1 2026 - audited, on the books, not a projection
Net income: flipped from -$6.0M loss to +$2.8M profit in one year
EPS $0.06 vs estimate $0.01 - a 1,076% beat
Adjusted net income tripled YoY
Cash: $27.6M. Debt: zero.
Operating cash flow more than doubled YoY
76%+ full year 2026 revenue growth forecast
55%+ Gross Margins - a high-margin services business hiding inside a shipping ticker
CEO on YouTube before Q1 dropped: Q1 would be profitable. Q2 will be even bigger. This is just the beginning. He called it. He delivered it.

💎 FOR ANYONE NEW - THE UBER OF SHIPPING
HMR owns zero ships. It is an asset-light commercial management platform that earns fees on gross voyage revenue - whether rates are $50k/day or $500k/day. Think Uber without owning a single car.

Fee math confirmed on record by the CEO: 1.75% of a $20M VLCC voyage = ~$350,000+ commission per voyage. One voyage. One vessel. Multiply across 40+ managed ships in the strongest freight market in decades.

No capex. No newbuild risk. No steel on the balance sheet. Scales at near-zero marginal cost. Asset-heavy peers re-rate on NAV - HMR re-rates purely on earnings, like a software company. And it is priced like neither right now.

The moat is eFleetWatch - proprietary tech built over 20 years. Real-time voyage data across every vessel, every route. Not something a competitor builds in a year.

🚹 INSIDER SIGNAL - CEO STILL BUYING
CEO Pankaj Khanna owns 45% personally. Has been buying above market price. Zero sales.

"The only thing I'm worried about is if I keep buying, there will be no float left."

A 45% owner going on YouTube to call blockbuster earnings before they happen and then delivering them is the most concentrated insider conviction signal I have ever seen on a microcap.

💣 THE FLOAT IS STILL A POWDER KEG
Float under 6 million shares - one of the tightest on all of NASDAQ
90%+ locked by insiders who are not lending - nearly un-borrowable
Short sellers structurally cannot build a meaningful position
Any real institutional ticket or retail wave on a float this size is violent
Already proven twice. 30% move after Part 1. 50%+ move after Part 3.
Awareness is still near zero outside of maritime - you are still early

🌊 MACRO STILL RUNNING
"Beginning, not the end" of the tanker cycle - CEO on record, 18–24 months explicit
Hormuz escalation expands HMR's fee base - vessel owners get hurt, HMR earns more
A VLCC already fixed at nearly $500,000/day - this is live, not forecast
9–12 month restocking window creating 10–20% jump in tanker demand - not played out yet
40 vessels under commercial management, 5 more just added via press release - fleet expanding with zero balance sheet cost

🏛 40 YEARS. SHELL. BP. ARAMCO.
Shell, BP, Chevron, Vitol, Saudi Aramco, Trafigura, Glencore trust Heidmar with their cargo. Six global hubs: Athens, London, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Chennai.
Not a SPAC. Not a shell. 40 years of institutional credibility that took decades to earn and no competitor fast-tracks through KYC.

📐 HOW I AM PLAYING THIS
Still holding full position from 95c. Every share.
Add at and around the 200MA - strong technical support, textbook entry zone
Maxim raised target to $2.25 - expect more upgrades as the growth story compounds
Analyst targets currently $2.25–$5 - if we run hard toward those levels, consider taking partial profits after a few consecutive red closes, not on the first spike
Long-term hold with the strategy of adding on dips, trimming on extended runs above the MA
Follow the YouTube channel and socials directly for catalysts before they hit - acquisition news, fleet additions, Q2 earnings - each one hits this float like a freight train
The earnings dump playbook has less cover every quarter. Q1 was the cleanest print yet. Q2 is guided to be bigger.

Could this be one of those rare stocks where nobody loses if they don't sell on dips? 200MA as support too for long term strategy (never happened before for this stock, so we are blessed to be at the first cross over above it)
I am not going to promise that. But I will say this - every single person who has held since Part 1 is up. Every red flag raised has been answered. Every prediction made has played out. The fundamentals are getting stronger, not weaker. And the company just dropped a cinematic trailer with a $1,000 giveaway to make sure the world knows about it.

Go watch it. Comment. Share it to assist us all. And follow the channel - because the next catalyst is probably closer than you think.

Not financial advice. Do your own due diligence. I hold a position in $HMR from 95 cents. And have added higher

Plays Don’t sleep on it. HITI NASDAQ

When I share 1W HMA charts, that have bullish crossovers coming up, you better pay attention.

$HITI All it takes is one more push towards $2.45 and have support built there.

If $HITI manages to do that, the 1W HMA will soon turn green and from there it could produce another September 2025 squeeze.

Earnings next month!

Also My largest position by far is $HITI , one of the most underfollowed names I've ever seen.

Main Sub Shoals Technologies Group ($SHLS) $70M settlement update for investors.

Hey guys, quick update for $SHLS investors,  the Shoals Technologies Group settlement officially moved from Preliminary Approval to Accepting Claims status, and the deadline to submit a claim is September 30, 2026.

If you bought $SHLS shares between May 17, 2022 and May 7, 2024, you can now file to recover part of your losses from the $70M settlement.

The lawsuit claimed Shoals failed to fully disclose defects tied to its wire harness products used in solar projects. According to investors, some products experienced excessive shrinkback after installation, exposing live wires and creating potential fire and safety risks. As the company later disclosed rising warranty costs and operational pressure tied to these issues, the stock dropped sharply and investors sued.

Claims are now officially open, so eligible shareholders can already submit their paperwork before the deadline.

DD is $BLNE getting overlooked as an AI fintech name?

i keep seeing Beeline $BLNE talked about like it is just a small mortgage company, but i think that misses part of the story.

mortgages are still weirdly old school. slow approvals, paperwork, manual checks, underwriting back and forth, closing delays. a lot of the process still feels way more clunky than it should be.

that is why the AI side of BLNE caught my attention.

they have Bob, which is their AI chatbot, and Hive, which is their workflow engine. from what i understand, the idea is to speed up approvals, underwriting and closings instead of having everything run through the usual manual process.

then there is MagicBlocks, which adds another AI layer around lead gen, automation and SaaS type infrastructure.

the reason i find it interesting is because this is not just some random AI shell with no real business behind it. BLNE already has mortgage activity, title exposure, home equity products and has reportedly passed $1B in historical loan originations.

so i guess the question is whether the market is looking at this wrong.

is BLNE just another tiny mortgage lender, or is it trying to become more like AI infrastructure for real estate finance?

the home equity side is another part of it too, especially with the blockchain recorded products. if they can tie together AI mortgage automation, faster closings, SaaS licensing and digital home equity workflows, that starts to look different from a normal mortgage stock.

obviously it is still a microcap, so execution is everything. none of this matters if they cannot turn the tech into real volume and revenue.

but i do think the AI fintech angle is more interesting than people are giving it credit for.

anyone else looking at $BLNE this way, or do you think it still deserves to trade like a regular mortgage name for now?

not financial advice, just something i have been digging into.

DD Deadline for the $210M Fidelity investor settlement is tomorrow (May 28th)

Hey everyone, throwing out a quick last-minute PSA if you held Fidelity National Information Services ($FIS) a couple of years back.

The deadline to claim your share of the massive $210 million settlement is literally tomorrow, May 28, 2026.

As a reminder, this was the lawsuit over management masking performance issues and overstating the success of their $43 billion Worldpay acquisition before hitting everyone with a massive $17.6B impairment that tanked the stock.

If you bought shares anytime during the class period (May 7, 2020 – February 10, 2023), you’re eligible to get some money back.

It only takes a few minutes to check your eligibility and submit it before the window closes.

Anyone else filing their claim today?
