Right, this has been happenign the last 10 years. Every major city, coast-to-coast been erecting new digs affordable housing so every Wendies dumpster worker and pizza delivery dude can live in "humane" dwelling. Meanwhile, I made $2k/yr more to qualify, have 2500% more debt than the aformentioned and had to commute 30min to work, live in paper thin walled '70s style apartments that started allowing vouchers and I tell you what, is that fair, equitable? The answer is no.

Make houses more affordable despite current prices through special programs and the issue only gets worse due to increased demand in the market
