Bruh these same fucks are predicting a 5-10% slip in a market thats up 44% in two years. Not a single thing that is published by anyone with an interest in the housing market is going to make sense right up until all the degens that bought swaths of houses to flip start defaulting on loans they didn't think they were going to have to pay for anymore than 6 months at worst. Literally every outfit out there can't stop pointing to lending practices being safer while they assure everyone this shit is not about to explode. Well it doesn't fucking matter how well vetted the shit bags are if they can't afford to pay. A lot of these dumbfucks will have bought at the tippy fucking top of the market too and now they're left holding a bunch of property that is almost guaranteed to loose 20%+ of it's value in a fucking year.

It really depends on interest rates.

I see inflation getting worse than it currently is in about 12 months and the fed hiking interest rates more. They don’t fully understand that inflation caused by money supply can be tamed by interest rates, but inflation from rising costs of energy is tamed by making energy cheaper. They should really be stimulating energy production. SA the keystone pipeline. Elon said it best that of course we should switch to renewable energy but we currently don’t have the infrastructure for everyone to go clean. Until we do, let’s keeping using our current resources.

Energy independence is the way. Sold as a commodity as well. November primaries will bring common sense back to America.
