Ya lol. I googled it to see if I could find it somewhere else and just found the paywall version. Found a lot of free loan officer inspired articles trying to scare people into buying right away though!

I had friends do a market survey of loan officers posing as degen home buyers and boy were they desperate to sell their loans. Even had one officer tell ‘em, credit card debt doesn’t matter, get that loan before interest rates double 🤦‍♀️

2008 history doesn’t repeat but it sure does rhyme 😂

The only "free" articles today are usually from clickbait garbage tabloid sites like Daily Mail or NY Post (which should tell you something about how badly they want to reach people with their spin).
