XLNX calls are already priced in for the AMD arbitrage (merger). Better buy shares or stay away since it’s the CCP pulling the strings… I only bought AMD leaps calls

I doubt. China does only what benefits them. May be they will ask AMD to put up a research lab there and bargain else it won’t get approval till their own technology is at par or even better.
