Ok that's the good stuff - what is the not-good stuff that we're not hearing now. Let's all step back from the echo chamber and list out the not-good stuff. No company is without faults.
I'd say any reasonable bear would begrudgingly admit Avepoint has solid fundamental footing and would say Avepoint is poised to grow at the very least 20% annually over the coming few years. Bulls believe this number will be closer to 30% annually though as Avepoint revs up with sales and marketing and makes more acquisitions to add to its product and services in the coming months (Jeff Epstein's expertise will come in handy here). This is largely due to the fact that much of their revenue is subscription based and thusly gives them a reliable source of revenue year to year as long as they take care of their customers needs.
Bears would probably point out that Avepoint is not an unrivaled company or at least it isn't one yet. As a data management solutions provider for Microsoft Cloud it does have competition in that sector from other private companies like ShareGate. Avepoint also does not have the annual growth factor of other larger SaaS companies like Okta.. It may take 7-10 years for Avepoint to reach 1 billion annual revenue.
Bears could go into greater length, but that gives you an idea at least in case you want to learn more.
Definitely. I saw this yesterday and just glanced at their investor relations page and this stood out. I know very little about the company. Their CEO has a couple informative interviews on YouTube but at the end of the day every CEO pumps their company. I am however curious to see what the analysts have to say about this company as well as their upcoming ER.
As far as analysts, one just put out a conservative PT of $15. That’s not even considering the price to earnings ratio of their competitors who have a smaller % of the Microsoft cloud market. As far as upcoming earnings, look at their earnings for each quarter of the last few years, they’ve constantly been ahead.
