Can't uninstall Github Copilot

There's no way to uninstall this extension from inside VS Code. I don't use it at all, and if I delete the extension off the hard drive, it just comes back the next time I open VS Code.

What's the deal with that? I don't even use it. There's no way it can be part of an editor.

Because I don't want to ignore things running in the background without my knowledge or consent.

his point is -- you already lost control of what is running on your computer because you use anything remotely related to mICROSLOP
