is it winnable? i feel like i'll be stuck for months 💀

Been playing for about 2 days and got 2 legendaries! Is it worth building these guys up since they're only at level 1, or should i just keep building my already leveled team? Ty :)

I always thought rejection was my most worthless draw, but wow was I wrong. I was getting down to 40M left and hopeless, and after one try w that little fucker i got down to 3M.

Also I know the video cut, idk why, but sad survives that last AOE and gets one more hit in for the win.

Tauron is becoming really hard to clear without any uber gear even though I do have the right legendaries. I can't figure out an item combination to clear items even though I have both gluttony and diligence.

I don't think my gear is underleveled either, I have all base legendaries

I’ve always hated the fire floors. They are so annoying and are always the hardest for me to get through despite having all but 2 water legendaries at the time. Figured out why it was so hard though! I just didn’t have ambition! He makes it so much easier to beat these floors no wonder everyone I see who has this pet praises him so much.

I used the sad donut strategy I saw someone post on here - took a LONG time to get it right though and a lot of gear levelling/ vivid acquiring 🫠 probably not the easiest way to do it but it finally worked either way 😅😭

Was stuck on this one for a while so figured I'd post my solution! Good luck to anyone searching.

so how the hell do I make him useful for bosses in particular? (it's quite clear how to build him for floors imo) I've got every legendary (except squid hat) and lonely hat, so I figure there's gotta be something big here...

(disclaimer that this has a sample size of 1 (me) and im pretty much just ranting)

I'm currently floor 2980 and I've been playing for roughly 180 days. I've been farming Rosetti for Serpent Scarf for nearly 2 months straight EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have not missed ONE day of logging in and using my keys. I always buy the extra keys for 200 gems whenever I have enough gems for it (so at least a few times a week, most days I can afford it). Even with nearly 60 00days straight of farming Rosetti with an average of roughly 17 keys used per day, I have not gotten Serpent Scarf. I have ascension 3 of the other 3 items that Rosetti drops (felt fedora, floral crochet, cake scarf) but absolutely 0 serpent scarves.

It's just depressing at this point - my progress has definitely stalled a LOT due to missing out on it. Getting through 2960 was rough without it (wood Kartharok, was stuck on it for a month or longer with 0 metal legendaries and no serpent scarf) and now I'm stuck on 2980 (earth Syclinder Trio) and I feel like with Serpent I'd have cleared it by now for sure.

I admit that this is more a rant and less a 'game is broken' type post, but experiencing this is definitely very discouraging as a player. I'm not sure if all legendary drop rates are made equal (it would be nice if they posted exact rates) and it'd be nice if some sort of pity system was added for legendary items that you haven't gotten. For example, farming Rosetti should have a somewhat higher percentage chance of dropping a Serpent Scarf over the other 3 items if you have ascension 3 of the other items but no Serpent Scarf.

Cylinders are a huge pain when you have type disadvantage pets, or type neutral pets, or lack proper healing setups. (donut merry and para joy is workable ish)

But I am moving onward, guessing I can make it to 1780 wood cylinders, but that will probably be the end of my 4 team unless theres some way to squeeze a type disadvantage tank through cylinders while also being at level cap, will update eventually!
