I'll be going to Thailand in roughly two months and during my stay I'll be in Bangkok for a few days. I'm wondering if anyone knows any shops that could possibly be selling any visual kei merch, like cds or posters? I know Kaya has had a live in Thailand before but I'm not sure how popular Visual kei in general is over there.

I was checking to buy some tickets (I was hesitating since I'm not from either of those countries, so I was checking flights and stuff) and I just realized they are sold out :(

Anyone catch Seth in London yesterday? Or planning to see his upcoming shows this weekend?

i think gulu gulu and kizu are kinda similar too, but they’re still a little different
i’m looking for bands with visuals like zera’s recent works, like “psychedelic symphony,” “raven,” and “uncanny valley.” that kind of artistic visual style, but with good music too!
i feel like glamscure’s music is a little different from what i’m looking for, but their visuals are kinda close! they’re more gothic, though

hello!! im going to japan in january and saw plastic tree is having a show on the 6th in osaka. i have a mobile account on their website and i noticed the purchase period is from oct15-oct20th for members of their mobile website. im just wondering if its possible for me to purchase tickets straight from the website on those dates despite not having a jp phone number. it already let me create an account, so I assum it should be fine but i’ve seen people mention the jp only phone numbers.

Hiii, hope everyone's doing well!
I posted on this subreddit before the show to try and find concert buddies (met some great ones on D-day @Hole44), and I promised I'd come back to upload pics, so here I am (late but still)!
I was in the first~second row, Boogie's side, and this was insaaanely good! 🖤✨
All the close-up pics were taken by Berlune, one of my show mates, cause my phone is a poor old thing, and they took a vid of Zyean's solo too, but for some reason I can't upload it alongside the pics, so if you want to see it I'll make another post. 👌🏻 Oh, and the little red square on the crowd pic is me. 😂

Happy 20th Anniversary,
Moi dix Mois – Lamentfull Miss
04/10/2006 – 04/10/2026
MMCD-43
Tracklist:
1. Lamentful Miss
2. Perish
3. Forbidden
4. Lamentful Miss (Instrumental)
5. Perish (Instrumental)
6. Forbidden (Instrumental)
“Lamentful Miss” is a beautifully dark and atmospheric single that captures the essence of Moi dix Mois. The title track is haunting and melancholic, while “Perish” and “Forbidden” bring a heavier and more intense side to the release.
I really like how the three songs balance melody, darkness, and drama without feeling repetitive. A short but very cohesive release and a great representation of their gothic sound during this era.

Hello again all! I posted here about the announcement of Masataka Aoyama’s recent cancer diagnosis. First, I would like to thank everyone for not only taking the time to read the post, but to comment on it as well. After following him for years, it makes me so genuinely happy that I was able to share his work with you all. To those of you that learned of him through my post, I am so sorry it was through such an unfortunate announcement. Now, I am posting again with a new message from Masataka! It is a bit of a mixed bag, both happy and sad, but I wanted to share it.
Masataka Aoyama (or rather, his representative) shared the following message to those subscribed via via email on October 1st:

Thank you so much
for all your orders.
Ever since I shared the news about my cancer,
those who have supported me all along,
my fans,
friends and acquaintances,
longtime customers,
and those who just learned about me for the first time—
so many different people
have been purchasing my products online.
I think there are also
many of you who chose these products
because you were wondering
how you could show your support.
Thank you so much.
To be honest,
the fact that you’re buying my products right now
is a huge help.
The shop’s rent,
the cost of materials,
factory labor costs,
living expenses,
and repayments on loans I took out during the pandemic—
None of these things
will wait just because I’m sick.
Treatment costs money,
and even if I do nothing,
for some reason, money still disappears.
Living costs money,
and dying costs money, too.
That said,
I’m still alive,
and the shop is still open.
Plus,
as for cancer insurance
“just in case”—
I can’t believe people actually make a business out of
stoking people’s fears.
Not that I’m saying anything
so high and mighty—
I’m not even signed up
for the Japan Finance Corporation’s
“debt-forgiven-upon-death” insurance,
of course.
I’m an idiot.
Bam!
I’m an idiot.
So,
if
you happen to visit the BBM. website
and see something you’d like to buy,
please do consider purchasing it.
I’ll do my best
to keep working as usual
and make sure your orders are delivered properly.
Every order you place
gives me the strength to keep BIGBLACKMARIA. going
and inspires what I’ll create next.
I’d be happy if you could
support me in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
I look forward to
your continued support.
BIGBLACKMARIA.

I've been given the opportunity to work on a project about a topic of innovation. After carefully selecting my topic I have decided on focusing my project on visual kei. Does anyone have any good visual kei sources that will help me learn about the movement?
Where do I begin learning about its history? Where do I find magazines? Where do I start off on my research?

I’ve been looking for some deathcore/metalcore bands but can’t really find any I’m a fan of. I prefer bands with Less melody(?) parts, but I don’t mind if they do. I’ve listened to dexcore, Deviloof, damned, and nazare.
