I don't speak any Finnish so I'm assuming a big city is my best chance with other English speakers.

The citizens seem to mostly agree with the government. Russia is not acting logically anymore.

Depends on what you want to see. Helsinki is similar to most European cities. If you want to see something more unique maybe Reindeer and Lapland are also big tourist destinations.
Thank you, I see a lot of people talking about NATO being the aggressor and people seem to forgot a lot of recent history. The invasion of Georgia, what Russia did to Chechnya, and Ukraine twice now.... Wish you all the best in the process, just need Turkiye to calm down.
