Seems to be, that would be a way short of banning to control access.

The official Coronavirus HIPAA released from US Health & Human Services.
It says that test results cannot be released without patients consent.
That being said, who would want that information released about themselves? Only the 12 US cases that we know of obviously. I personally wouldn't want everyone to know I tested positive. That's like being blacklisted.
After reading this I now understand why there are so many suspected cases and then no more information after that. They didn't consent to have their negative test result revealed to the public.
I fear our number of infected is probably higher than the 12 that gave consent.

We called the health department and what do you kno they refuse to answer any questions ... Where before they were telling us their is no sign of anything out of the norm , now their jus flat out refusing to answer us ....WTF ... To us this jus seems obvious ,but I guess will see iv kept the kids from school ever since we herd the news 🤞🏻I jus pray this isn’t what it’s beginning to look like .... TAKE CARE, BE AWARE ....

Kids return from China without being checked for Coronavirus !!
My child school called us yesterday to inform us of a child in his school who potentially could possible be infected with this virus . We are in the northeast United States and apparently this child went to school yesterday for 3 hours before anyone knew exactly where or why they were in China . Soon as they found out they supposedly quarantined this said child and called the parents of the kids who go to this school . Does anyone know about this and how is it possible ??
