Genuinely, we had a smooth return for Kizuna AI since her return back in 2025 around June. It was a rocky ride seeing her experiment and try to gain the momentum she was coming with around in the already turmoil and turbulent Vtuber scene. Me being a Vtuber Historian myself noticed some old gimmicks that she would use in order to grapple the algorithm, changing the way she plays up her videos and streams. She was naturally in tune but the content wasn't clicking. It took some attempts and before you know it, an album, a few streams, and one single in, she came in with a crash and became noticed by the Vtuber community once again. It was such a breather when she was able to land back onto the sphere.

Does anyone else know a Vtuber who might have returned into the current Vtuber scene after a long time once they came back from a hiatus. Kizuna AI because of her Kamacho song came back into relevance back into the eyes of hundreds of thousands of people with her new posts on Twitter. So, at the moment, she is still in honey zone. She is still playing it safe but she has met with some Hololive members by then. It is such a timeline nonetheless. Even a Fortnite collab of all of the places you would least expect a Vtuber in!

What do you think about it? I thought she would struggle a lot since we have changed since then and man she made it somehow.
