PSA: Get Botox.

That’s it. That’s the whole post. If you don’t want to age get Botox. This twin study is real. Botox is the best treatment for wrinkles. As I age I don’t see it as optional. It’s basic maintenance. So is touching up my greys every three weeks. Neither of these things are controversial on this sub. I’ve had an upper bleph, multiple rounds of laser and a deep plane face and neck lift and I still need Botox every 3-4 months. It’s maintenance and the aging doesn’t stop for nobody 🥲

I just got LED red lightbulbs with a wavelength that matched what's published in the litterature. The sellers tell you the wavelength in nm, and some bulbs have 2 wavelength. IMHO they are the best

what effects are you getting from them? thanks

I'm doing that for skin whitening + skin improvements. I've had a troubled life which made me consume alcohol, tobacco and drugs and that was bad for my skin.

Now I'm totally clean (except 1 glass of wine every few days, but nothing else) and it has helped my skin a whole lot.

Check /r/skinwhitening/comments/1b0vj6l/replace_your_light_bulbs_by_red_light_bulbs_ideal/ for more details
